Biography

Timothy P. Sullivan has served on Option Care Health’s Board since 2015. He is an independent director and a member of the Compensation Committee of the Board.

Mr. Sullivan serves as Vice Chair of Madison Dearborn Partners and previously served as Co-Chief Executive Officer, Co-President, and Co-Founder, Managing Director, and Co-Head of Health Care for the firm.

Mr. Sullivan brings significant executive and human capital management experience, along with deep expertise in private equity investing, value creation, and corporate governance gained through his leadership of a leading global investment firm and his service on numerous boards.
