Biography

Elizabeth D. Bierbower joined Option Care Health’s Board in April 2022. She is an independent director and a member of the Audit & Finance Committee and the Quality, Technology and Compliance Committee of the Board.

Ms. Bierbower most recently served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Friday Health Plans from 2022 to 2023, where she worked with state insurance departments to transition the company into receivership. She previously held multiple leadership roles at Humana, including Segment President, President of Employer Group Segment, Chief Operating Officer of Specialty Benefits, and Vice President of Product Innovation. She currently serves on the board of directors of Progyny, Inc.

Ms. Bierbower brings to the Board strategic leadership, operational experience, and financial expertise through more than 30 years of executive-level experience in the healthcare industry, along with her service on public and private company boards.
