Barbara W. Bodem
Barbara W. Bodem joined Option Care Health’s Board in January 2024. She is an independent director and a member of the Audit & Finance Committee and the Nominating & Corporate Governance Committee of the Board.
Ms. Bodem most recently served as Interim Chief Financial Officer of DENTSPLY Sirona Inc. She previously served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Hill-Rom Holdings, as Senior Vice President of Finance at Mallinckrodt plc, and held senior finance roles at Hospira and Eli Lilly and Company. She currently serves on the boards of BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc. and Enovis Corporation.
Ms. Bodem is an accomplished financial executive with extensive expertise in finance, accounting, and risk management, as well as significant healthcare industry experience. Her service on multiple public company boards provides additional expertise in governance, audit oversight, and risk management.
